recognized

Point
Shipyard
Phase
2
Project
has
been
modified

Baylands.
The
project
information
for
cumulative
projects
used
to
develop
cumulative
baseline
conditions
was
based
on
best
available
information
at
the
time
of
the
NOP
for
Brisbane
Baylands
when
traffic
studies
were
initiated,
and
included
the
proposed
project
from
the
Candlestick
Point
-
Hunters
Point
Shipyard
Phase
II
Development
Plan
EIR.
The
overall
travel
demand
generated
by
the
Candlestick
Point
-
Hunters
Point
Shipyard,
other
related
projects
in
the
vicinity,
and
regional
growth
estimated
by
the
SF-CHAMP
travel
demand
model
provides
a
conservative
basis
for
Cumulative
baseline
conditions.
