in
locations
where
percolation

contaminants
to
enter

proposed
development
will
be
required
to
employ
the
best
management
practices
to
comply
with
applicable
stormwater
regulations
that
best
fit
the
site-
specific
characteristics
of
the
Baylands,
as
well
as
the
land
uses
determined
by
the
City
to
be
appropriate
for
the
Baylands.
