4.C-4d: During design of any building greater than 100 feet tall, the applicant and architect shall consult with a qualified biologist experienced building/lighting design issues (as approved by the City of Brisbane Planning Department) to identify lighting related measures to minimize the effects of the building’s lighting on birds. Such measures, which may include the following and/or other measures, shall be incorporated into the building’s design and operation.

The City Building Official shall review the proposed design of any building proposed to be 100 feet in height or greater, and shall issue building permits only for those buildings determined to be in compliance with Mitigation Measure 4.C-4d. |
