had

whether

in

entity

property

the
County
would
require
reassessment
pursuant

the
provisions
of
Proposition
13.
Among
the
revisions
to
the
Brisbane
General
Plan
proposed
under
each
concept
plan
scenario
is
a
change
to
current
roadway
level
of
service
(LOS)
standards,
recognizing
that
the
LOS
standards
set
forth
in
the
1994
General
Plan
will
be
exceeded
due
to
future
development
in
other
cities
even
if
no
development
within
the
Baylands
Project
Site
occurs.
The
proposed
General
Plan
revision
would
provide
roadway
level
of
service
standards
that
accommodate
the
level
of
Project
Site
development
ultimately
approved
for
the
Brisbane
Baylands
Project
Site.

associated
with
the
proposed
development

housing
