This
outdoor
nursery
lies
within
the
Baylands
Specific
plan
boundaries,
adjacent
to
the
Brisbane
Fire
Station,
and
is
accessed
from
Bayshore
Boulevard.
As
described
on
Draft
EIR
page
the
nursery
includes
a
4,000
square
foot
greenhouse,
which
is
operating
as
an
interim
use.
The
current
development
plan
for
the
Baylands
under
all
four
scenarios
indicates
open
space
and
institutional
uses
in
the
area
of
the
nursery.
