The
proposed
Brisbane
Baylands
Specific
Plan
prepared
by
the
applicant
for
the

DSP-V
scenarios
states
that
the
charter
high
school
site
“may
offer
the
opportunity
for
shared-use
recreational
fields,
such
as
tennis
and
basketball
courts.”
The

the

of
the

While
the
charter
high

proposed
in
each
scenario
provides
opportunities
for
public
recreation,
a

for
the
school
has
not
been
prepared
nor
is
required
at
this
point
in
the
environmental

Group

BCC-533
The
Group

Area
would
be
located
immediately
north
of
Icehouse

The
recreational

of
this

would
be
primarily

A

with
the

provide
a

that
would

be
oriented
to
accommodate
corporate

business
retreats,
as
well
as
large

This

of

would
provide

and

such
as
softball/baseball,
volleyball,
horseshoes,
bocce
