4.B-9: The following TDM measures shall be implemented:

  1. Promote use of clean fuel-efficient vehicles through preferential parking and/or installation of charging stations.
  2. As a potential element of a required TDM program, promote zero-emission vehicles such as through a neighborhood electric vehicle program or other programs or policies to reduce the need to have a car or second car vehicles.

Businesses with 100 or more employees

The Community Development Director shall include as a condition of approval for site-specific development that applicable provisions of Mitigation Measure 4.B-9 shall be included into all commercial leases and CC&Rs within the Project Site.

The Community Development Director shall ensure that provisions of Mitigation Measure 4.B-9 are included in the Transportation Demand Management Program required by Mitigation Measure 4.N-13.

The Community Development Director shall prepare a condition of approval for site-specific development that the provisions Mitigation Measure 4.B-9 shall be included into all commercial leases and CC&Rs.
