Applicant(s) for hotel development shall provide a noise analysis prepared by an acoustical professional verifying that the performance standards set forth in Mitigation Measure 4.J-1a will be achieved. |
City of Brisbane Building Official |
Prior to issuing any building permit(s) for hotel development, the City Building Official shall review the noise analysis prepared for the applicant by an acoustical professional to ensure that the performance standards set forth in Mitigation Measure 4.J-1a will be achieved. The City Building Official shall also be responsible for monitoring site construction to ensure that the development features proposed by the applicant to meet applicable performance standards are constructed as approved. |
