The Community Development Director shall review the required specific plan language for compliance with Mitigation Measure 4.N-10 prior to public hearings on the specific plan. The conditions of approval for each site-specific development approval prior to construction of the improvements called for in Mitigation Measure 4.N-10 shall include a requirement for construction of these improvements prior to issuance of a building occupancy permit. |
